Accredited training with a solid track record

Action Learning Associates is a Recognised Provider with the Institute of Leadership & Management (ILM). We can provide a made-to-measure ILM approved course to train your staff to facilitate action learning sets. We design a three day intensive course to suit your specific needs either on-site or at a venue of your choice. Three days allows the participants to immerse themselves in the process, experience running action learning sets at first hand and receive feedback to improve their performance.

On going support

Newly trained facilitators benefit from meeting as a group of peers to share practical issues when they start facilitating sets and to continue to develop each other's skills, challenge thinking and give honest feedback. After the initial training Action Learning Associates can provide on-going support for a facilitator set.

Professional Development Programme

Professional Development Programme in Action Learning FacilitationParticipants on our courses can choose to gain accreditation by following an ILM approved Professional Development Programme in Action Learning Facilitation. If the organisation opts for accreditation participants will complete a Reflective Learning Log and attend a further development day within a year of the initial training.

ALA also runs regular ILM approved open action learning facilitator training courses which attract sole traders, HR and Leadership Development professionals and staff of small consultancies who wish to add action learning facilitation to their portfolio.
