How does virtual action learning work?

We bring together handpicked “sets” of six leaders from a diverse range of complimentary organisations and businesses within the UK and internationally. We ensure a balance of status, responsibility and experience. We never bring together rivals, competitors or unsuited cultures. Participants are selected from commercial, public, voluntary sector and cultural organisations.

Using an international telephone conference facility Director, Ruth Cook steers the virtual set through the process and provides a safe and highly confidential space for exploring organisational challenges.
